The Nowra Motor Inn new fitness centre boasts state of the art Life Fitness Signature Series equipment which includes cardio, pin and free weight systems; everything that our Motor Inn residents need to workout without having to join a gym.

We believe that our fitness centre is one of the best you will find in any Motor Inn on the South Coast of NSW.
