Our 24-hour self-service kiosk is ready and waiting for you, no matter what time you roll in. Located right outside the main entrance, it’s your go-to for quick bookings, payments, and key collection — all without needing to speak to anyone (unless you want to!).

Just follow the on-screen prompts to book a room or check in, pay securely with your card (sorry, no cash), and grab your key from the drop box. It’s perfect for night owls, early risers, spontaneous road trippers, and anyone who loves a smooth, no-fuss experience.

If You Have An Existing Booking And Have Already Paid For The Room

Go to the 24 hour kiosk, Enter your surname and mobile number (or booking number) when prompted, and the kiosk will dispense your room key in the drop box.

For some Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as AGODA, your contact number is not provided to the property, accordingly, you must enter your booking number provided by the OTA to validate your booking and retrieve your room key.

If You Have An Existing Booking And Have Not Paid For The Room

Go to the 24 hour kiosk, Enter your surname and mobile number (or booking number) when prompted. You will then be required to pay for the room in full using either debit or credit card (the machine does not accept cash), the machine will also take a pre-authorisation of a $50 security fee (released within 24 hours if no damage has been done to the room). Once payment has been taken through the machine your key will be dispensed in the drop box.

"Spur Of The Moment" Bookings

Firstly check our sign or click here to check online for availability of rooms. Go to the 24 hour kiosk, make a reservation by following the prompts. You will be required to pay for the room in full using either debit or credit card (the machine does not accept cash), the machine will also take a pre-authorisation of a $150 security fee (released within 24 hours if no damage has been done to the room). Once payment has been taken through the machine your key will be dispensed in the drop box.
